After an initial engagement fee, which covers the upfront and initial consultative work, plan development and recommendations, we revert to various payment structures to accommodate client market position. What's that mean? We can work on a fee basis, retainer or a performance fee model – or a combination thereof. Note: Performance fee agreements will warrant access to the company at the highest levels on an agreed-upon consistent basis and include all aspects of company operations over a specified period of time.
There is initial start-up fee relative to your objectives and anticipated scope of work. We are willing to talk about this fee in the context of your particular challenges.
